They're talking about killing leftist activists. They're talking about murdering people organizing in defense of immigrant communities, doing mutual aid work, and protesting their violence. They are talking about murdering people like me and my friends. We must do more than acknowledge it's fascism.
My gosh. After the US bombed multiple boats in the middle of the ocean, murdering people on grounds that they were allegedly "carrying drugs," the US Attorney General says "Just like we did with cartels, we're going to take the same approach, President Trump, with Antifa."

2 years of genocide. I mourn the dead, and I mourn the living. None of us will ever be the same, none of us should ever be the same.

Why did @govpritzker.illinois.gov send out Illinois police to limit protests at Broadview? Why is a progressive governor shielding illegal ICE activity from peaceful protesters? Why are our state tax dollars devoted to Trump’s agenda?

The whole world agrees that Israel and the US are committing a genocide. Now Palestinians are being asked to accept a deal that gives the US and Israel full control with no guarantees of peace. Israel has broken the ceasefire in Lebanon hundreds of times and attacked 6 countries in 2 yrs.

In my experience, courage is usually the product of love and/or solidarity. When we are deeply invested in each other, we are more likely to take risks that we wouldn't take out of mere principle, or for the sake of people we feel disconnected from. Our alienation mass produces cowardice.

On Thursday, the Holocaust Museum LA posted “'Never again' can’t only mean never again for Jews” on instagram. It’s notable because they would be recognizing the genocide in Gaza.

Anyway, they pulled it down today saying, “we promise to do better.”

There isn’t a single thing anyone can say that would justify what Israel is doing in Gaza. It’s mass extermination, plain and simple.

Anyone who tries to excuse Israel’s actions - Zionists, politicians, or media pundits - supports killing and starving innocents.

That means that Zionism--i.e. the system of Jewish supremacy--must be systematically dismantled institution by institution. Genocide of Palestinians is the natural consequence of Zionism, and if it's allowed to reign, Israel will do to the WB what it did to Gaza. 3/3

At the Israeli prison, US human rights defender Chris Smalls was physically assaulted by seven uniformed individuals. They choked him and kicked him in the legs.
We condemn this violence against Chris and demand accountability for the assault and discriminatory treatment he faced. #BreakTheSiege

Some of the bottles of rice and formula and flour Egyptians threw into the sea have actually made it to Gaza - now people in Cyprus and Lebanon are joining the effort, with scientists from all over the world virtually assisting them in figuring the time and location to do so based on the currents. 💚

There’s no justice in this world, truly. Israel and its facilitators have shown us that there’s nothing salvageable about this world order. What you’re saying is the status quo at its most blunt, not a true deviation.

It’s worse than “Gaza is being starved and destroyed and no one cares.” It’s that hundreds of millions *do* care and are powerless to stop it. We need a world where that can never happen, where the masses actually have political power.

Okay, I will say this: the famine in Gaza is a deliberate policy decision by Israel to mass murder two million people and they are doing this on the dime of US taxpayers.

The bloodstains from this will never wash off.
I don’t have commentary for this… it is just horror.

There is a direct line from Gaza to the brutal suppression of student dissent to the dismantling of US higher ed — which boards of trustees/regents and university presidents are enthusiastic participants in.

If you don’t see this is all part of a huge ruling-class power grab, you don’t get it.
