Interesting that 'resilience teaching' has failed in schools ... couldn't one reason for that be that 'resilience' isn't a cure for bullying, or bad teaching, or a trauma that nobody has helped with? Kids are told to 'learn resilience' when it's often the stressors that really need to change.
We need to feel some stress to achieve our best, but if we feel too much, we can flounder. That’s where resilience comes in.
We talk a lot about being ‘resilient’. But what does it actually mean?

Hi @support.bsky.team

This is a fantastic content creator & very well trusted source for Australian users. He contributes a great deal to BlueSky

His account was hacked many weeks ago (@strangerous.bsky.social)

So far he's still waiting to get any info from you

(please repost & tag Support)
So after letting me know weeks ago they’re investigating my hacked account @strangerous.bsky.social, BlueSky is still yet to let me know if they’ve actually done anything, I’m still being contacted about things hacker is doing with account. Should I give up? @support.bsky.team ? Anyone home?😔

There is no gas shortage in Australia.

We don't need new gas wells. We just need to stop big gas taking the piss.

We've got this ad in the papers today ⤵️

The utter cowardice of these people is despicable. I know they tell themselves it's because someone is "controversial" or that it's to protect the university or whatever they need to make themselves believe but it's just craven gutlessness and absolutely disgusting

Why are there so many big cars on our roads?

Many sole traders who do not traditionally require larger cars – like graphic designers – have taken advantage of tax breaks that apply to big utes.

Our analysis found there were at least 1.5 utes registered for every technical or trades worker in Aus.

Something I've been banging on about for some time now:

Peter Dutton is a multi-millionaire property developer

He has been for all of his adult life. That's who he is & how he earns his wealth

For a brief interlude in his 20s he was a cop, yet he and our media have defined him by that ever since

Further to this, the Americans working on Dutton's campaign have form as masters of dis and misinformation, narrowly and personally targeted through social media. This is what they did with the Voice and this is what they'll be doing now. Labor really, REALLY needs to lift its game
My theory is that this election is going be mainly vibes based w few getting info from mainstream media. The Coalition have a much better socmedia game, rich supporters & advisors who worked for the Trump campaign. A lot is going on in targeted social media that we're not seeing. Advantage Dutton.

The media has focused more on polling in the past 2 days than it has on policy for the entire past 3 years.

Journalists get incredibly excited about the horse race.

Means they don't have to do any work.

At the risk of sounding like a drip, ABC editorial standards have gotten very weird. This isn’t even a hard get, Pezzullo was in The Aus last week. The obsession with hiring ex Sky/News people is giving us the same stories already in those outlets?
If the ABC is going to give softball interviews to "former Home Affairs secretary" Mike Pezzullo, they should really disclose to readers that he was sacked from that job for 14 breaches of the Code of Conduct
