AI isn’t the problem, capitalism is the problem. AI isn’t inherently exploitative: our societal values are being baked into it. Bonus hot take: the problems that AI are raising are GOOD to raise, because they highlight the problems of capitalism.

#ttrpg #rpglatam 1/4 I just put out a new ttrpg called You Meet at a Fantasy Tavern, which is all about taking the awkward start of a new ttrpg campaign where you're still figuring out how the player characters even know each other, and turning that into a whole game.

Any other #ttrpg players suffering from “end of campaign ennui?” I’m between games and don’t know what to do with myself. It’s hard to motivate myself to print/paint/imagine/create when I don’t have the built in audience of players

Amusingly enough most of my players used unpainted miniatures until about 3 years into our campaign, when I finally broke down and printed and painted copies for them

Around level 18 of a long-running #dnd campaign I lined up all the NPCs and ran a skill challenge asking players to take action to ensure the safety of the NPCs they cared for most. It was interesting to see their picks and deeply engaging.

I am often #3dprinting other people’s designs… it was super satisfying to make my own #miniature painting handle customized for the size of my hand.
