There’s lots of great stuff here but I especially love this answer about what people usually get wrong about PBTA.
Question: What aspect of the game people usually get wrong? Answer (from D. Vincent Baker): One common mistake is the idea that players shouldn't name their own moves. They should. Another is that "play to find out what happens" means that you shouldn't prep, and that the GM shouldn't create elements of the world and its history without the players' input. Not true, at least in Apocalypse World. In Apocalypse World, it's okay to ask for the players' input when you want it, but the players are only responsible for their characters, and the GM is fully responsible for creating the world, the backstory of the environment, all the NPCs and their plans and intentions and everything. You play to find out what happens when they meet.

Opening to my novella Fractal Karma: “ She’s walking by the river on an overcast day, when sweat runs down her palms, goosebumps all over her neck. The breeze stills. The gray sky turns blood red. Instead of the Sun, through a clearing in the clouds, she finds the Eye. Veins branch across a white gelatinous sphere, iris shining around an abyss of pupil like solar corona behind an eclipse. She is seen mercilessly, perceived unrelentingly by the Eye, endlessly complex swirls of emotion welling up into curses of tears that rain down from the sky. Why are you showing this to me? She tries to seek cover but it’s of no use. So she kneels before it, stares into it. Am I dead? Is this my punishment? Who are you? . . . Who am I?”

There's a few games I point to that I say "that game made all of my GMing better" - Primetime Adventures and Apocalypse World are probably the two most influential games for teaching me how to prep, focus, and pace play much better.
