"undercut Trump's argument" 🙄
Buddy, the people who still swallow Trump's arguments don't care what's true. They exist on a social platform where any crazy thing you care to post is called a "truth."

Voters came through for you in a big way last week, Democrats. They sent a powerful message. Don't you fucking dare throw that away on a meaningless promise.

Steve probably has enough money (or friends with money) to buy another pardon from Trump.

This is the advantage of being Jeanine Pirro. She tried to indict him on a felony and couldn't get an indictment. Finally gets an indictment on a misdemeanor charge, and loses the ridiculous case. For anyone else, this would be a crippling embarrassment. For Pirro—meh, she's done worse.

Well, I'm happy you got taken care of.
Just so you know, though, most people on Medicare pay for their meds. There's a whole section of Medicare (called Medicare Part D) that deals with private insurance coverage for prescription drugs.

It's something that Medicare and Medicaid can do as large purchasers. It was entirely forbidden by law until the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 empowered them to negotiate prices for 10 drugs.

He says they don't typically swear in members during pro forma sessions. What he doesn't say is that the House doesn't normally go into recess during budgetary shutdowns. That's his doing, and it's unprecedented. There is plenty of work they could be doing during the shutdown.

We need U.S. voters to oppose ICE. We need the normies who are not strongly politically affiliated to take notice and take a side. Trump is enabled by congressional Republicans and they are motivated by public opinion. If public opinion turns substantially against them, they can and will stop Trump.
