A lot of change in 5 weeks.

The stormy winter we had knocked all but one crow's nest out of the trees at the bottom of my garden. This was taken 2 weeks ago:

I met up with some pals today for brunch. Made some cinnamon rolls and let them prove overnight before baking this morning. 😋
A rectangular block of just-baked cinnamon rolls, removed from the tin and cooling on a wire rack. They are a deep golden brown colour and really puffy and squashed together. The same block of cinnamon buns drizzled with vanilla-flavoured thick glace icing. A rectangular tray of 14 unbaked, spongy, cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls broken apart and placed in a large moroccan-style ceramic bowl lined with a red Christmas-themed paper serviette.

Tattoo update: Got it coloured-in a few weeks ago. My Dad clocked it today and just said "You know you won't be able to rub that out when you get bored with it". 🤦🏼‍♀️

I LOVE my Twitter Machine print. A little bit of history.

I got a tattoo a couple of weeks ago; went with my son and younger daughter and we all got versions of this trinity knot. I will be getting it coloured in at some point.

Bucketing down and thunder/lightening on our last full day in Split. Confined to quarters watching random out-of-context episodes of #Shetland. Ah. Sure lookit.
