There's a few smaller parameter, yet capable models you can run with that setup. They're not accurate like larger parameter models but with stuff like CrewAI (with RAG and/or websearch capabilities), you can leverage them to do tasks/automation. Check out llama3.2.

Look at multi port Intel N100 software based routers. It's a low powered x64 PC with custom hardware so you can have 4-8-N number of eth ports. Amazon/eBay/AliExp. Install Proxmox on it, run pfSense or Opensense vm on Proxmox, pass-through ports. Asus as wireless AP. Time consuming AF, worth it
