Officially a level one Reiki practitioner! It's a whole journey moving into my commitment to harm reduction. I've taken many small steps and some big ones to be here - and it feels good to trust and accept my intuition!

I love him and miss him sm. Saying goodbye to this house feels like losing him again. Grief is hard and necessary. I am grateful to love a person and a place so much that my heart aches and my mouth smiles.

Packing up my childhood home and I found an old WaPo from the day I was born. It was saved by my grandpa - a man of his time. He was stoic and strict, rarely said "I love you," and was fiercely protective of his family. (cont)
