Did a paint & sip for a friend’s birthday this past weekend! We were given a painting to copy & this was my version (my blossoms in the corners kind of ruined it but I think it came out pretty well otherwise!

Me cosplay as Mahiru Koizumi next to a Mikan Tsumiki cosplayer at I think Derpycon (I don’t remember what year). I have my hands up in 2 L shapes, making a box (like holding a camera, I think my actual camera was being used as the camera whoops) and she has a leg out & 2 hands up by her chin like panic. Cosplaying as Akane Owari (white button down, brown shoulder length spiked wig, red skirt) while doing a side split, arms up in the with a confident look (it was a meetup & I was focused on a different camera). I don’t remember what year, but taken at AnimeNEXT back when it was still in Somerset (so it’s been awhile). A poorly lit selfie of me as Chiaki Nanami (green hoodie with ears up, brownish tinted pink wig, button down, pale yellow skirt) with a pout, worn Halloween 2016 (my phone actually had the date for this one). I just wanted to makeup my face as her at least once because she has such a good design & the end stuck with me for awhile!

I’m so confused trying to pick fabric for cosplay in a fandom I’m not in (for Zen).

What fabric should I use for Amuro’s jacket?

Also, where can I find short curly wig (emphasis on short but need some waves in there). Most curly wigs I’ve seen are too voluminous & short wigs’ bangs seem too short.

Ruined the cookie cake by spreading Beach Day ice cream from BR & whipped cream swirls on top (the ice cream didn’t ruin it, j it’ll definitely be delicious, I’m just messy with decorating lol) & then threw this into the freezer.
Messily spread sky blue colored icecream (a flavor that has graham cracker crumbs mixed in), 8 whipped cream swirls around outside (also pretty messy) & 1 whipped cream swirl that’s supposed to be centered but is totally not

Fabric haul from yesterday. I spent so many hours at Joanns yesterday, trying to pre-buy any fabrics I thought I would need for future cosplays out of what they had left. I felt up way too much fabric & kept jumping back & forth between photo references & what was there.⤵️
A bunch of black fabrics, including mesh, suede, tulle, satin. There is blue organza (I think…? Idk fabric names too well) & green satin

I think I might’ve worn these for years to almost every single con!

I just realized my girl’s hair AND eyes match Rafayel’s. I didn’t even realize until someone in the group I shared my pics in pointed out the hair. I just wanted purple hair & red eyes since they’re my default go to. I didn’t expect to match a tree bully!
