As ridiculous as it sounds, it's the only way the Cubs, a big market team, will be able to truly compete with the current ownership and front office in charge. Sad? Yes. True? Unfortunately, also yes.

The supposedly great defense gave up 524 yards (which would have been 750+ if Miami didn't pull their starting QB at half) so there is nothing inaccurate about my statement. Every player on that defense should voluntarily give their bowl game swag to their offensive counterparts as a thank you. 😉
