It makes me sad when I work on, e.g. architectural decision records or strategy docs or project proposals with people, and they don't know what they want the doc to be because no one's been clear about what the doc needs to accomplish, or that a good doc doesn't mean the author gets what they want.

An opinion I feel should be universal at this point: All indoor public spaces (but especially schools, workplaces, and medical facilities) should be subject to air quality regulations and continuous monitoring and CO2 and particulate concentration numbers should be accessibly displayed.

“Never again” means “never again for anybody,” not just us.
I would argue that having empathy for the oppressed is a bedrock principle of Judaism, no matter who it is.
