It's not ideal, but it's better than the status quo? But also, Clarkson on the other side of the tracks has essentially the same functionality and level of access to businesses on the east side of Airport (none).

They're working right now to close the gap between that part and the rest of it to the north of 51st. Once finished, you'll be able to ride from N. Lamar to 45th on a separated facility that has a ton of driveways you have to constantly be on alert for.

I'm all for more coffee shops, but what my neighborhood needs is *affordable* coffee shops. Americanos accesible to working families making less than 60-percent MFI. And enough of this counter seating. We need booths big enough for families of four or more.
