About 5lbs. This will get slowly heated again and put into corn tortillas dredged in the reserved fat and crisped on the flat top grill. We'll do a little "al pastor" touch with fresh pineapple salsa, cilantro, white onion, Oaxaca cheese, and a coleslaw side.
