All that said, even if this succeeds, the end result would be a law, and we know how this administration feels about upholding laws it doesn't like.
People are assuming Epstein bill dies in the Senate and that's a reasonable expectation, but I'm getting less sure. They were so desperate to avoid a recorded vote they tried to pass the House by UC. All that pressure is about to turn on the Senate. It's not unthinkable he ends up having to veto it.
