I know this is stating the obvious but I think it’s important we remember that these people are objectively unintelligent and completely
unqualified for these positions. The sad thing as a result is they *truly* think they are right and that this is how you deal with human beings who are “bad.”

Even when you know intellectually that something g is happening, it still shocking when something strikes at a guttural level. For some reason it just really hit me that schools are paying crazy amounts of money to “not be investigated.” Straight up mafia tactics.

I’m a childless person so therefore I care not one iota what happens to children. I am also not a doctor or scientist but I for sure know better about vaccine effectiveness and side effects.

I think you’re right and this transfers over to so many areas- restaurants, government offices. People actively look for confrontation and reasons to complain. People want to feel righteous (not the good way).

This whole discussion is just another example of two things being able to be true at once. People probably shouldn’t dress like they’re in their living room on Sunday morning while traveling. Also, this isn’t any concern of the Sec. of Transportation/government.

The flip side- I’m a gen x’er who dug the Beatles from the get go and can’t stand the music of Nirvana et al. The whine rock era of mid to late nineties into 2000s is horribly overrated. Just my opinion/perspective, I never want to tell anyone what music they should or shouldn’t be into.
