A typical passenger vehicle emits around 4.6 metric tons of carbon dioxide each year and can give off smog-forming emissions that may exacerbate lung diseases.

Opt for options that can cut emissions (and possibly increase your physical activity), such as biking, using public transit, or walking!

-Stay cool
-Stay hydrated
-Know the symptoms:
Muscle cramping
Unusually heavy sweating
Shortness of breath
Dizziness, headache
Weakness
Nausea
