In my 20's this book changed me to somewhat of a Zionist for a year or two until I was pointed towards the works of Norman Finkelstein. I have recently re read this book & it still get me. Although the pics & videos I've seen from Gaza the last couple of years have changed me forever.

Regarding Amorim, the way we've performed against the better teams & in Europe is enough for me to have patience with him. Throw in the fact he came mid season when he didn't want to originally too buys him time. Squad is a lopsided mess too, 1 senior centre forward/9 ffs who is woefully out of form

For 11 years she was my shadow, she genuinely saved my life. Saying goodbye to her was the hardest thing I've ever done. Mad dash from Piccadilly to Wolverhampton & an uber to the vets to see her. Stroked her nose & told her she was the bestest girl as she went to sleep. Has broken me a bit I think.

Looking back to Fergie with transfers it was never about replacing key players like for like, it was always about the team evolving & that truly is the genius that brought us unparalleled success & longevity. How many different teams we had that evolved under his tenure is crazy.

Played at a decent standard me. 🤣 had to try really hard just to be shit at football but I fucking love it. Didn't grow til I was 14, finally got control of my legs & became a centre half 15-17 then had to get a job at 18. Played in the same team as Remi Moses & his lads though a few times.

Seeing this season like 88-90. It's hard to make big changes when you're bouncing around the CL positions and winning trophies it's always we could be 3-4 players away from challenging. After this season we will make big changes, we have to. I see this as the start of something.

SJR/INEOS will have full control sooner rather than later imo. They saw this as the best/cheapest way to gain full control. End of the season with no dividends & no European football meaning shares are on the slide will have them panicking & selling imho.

Silver lining with Amorim starting when he did means he'll know exactly who is/isn't up to the job. He starts this summer & we'd have dicks blagging their way through pre season then reverting to type when the season started. Should hopefully hit the ground running with players used to the system.

Ryan Bowers was such a talented kid, if you like West Side/TheBay. His demons got him at the end but he's left the world with some great music. His handling of hooks was so good. He just never blew despite having Nick Cannon in his corner. His Vlad interview was harrowing.
