Been a while since I’ve posted. Here one of the projects I finished recently. A simple lap blanket using the gentle waves stitch. Yarn is KC premium yarn in “ocean sunset”. Sushi the cat approved. 😹 🧶 #crochet #handmade #catsofbluesky #blackcat

My latest crochet experiment: started making a granny ripple stitch blanket. But after a couple two rows, I decided to switch things up and use the stitch pattern I used for my 12 point star blanket instead. Worked out pretty well so far! 🧶

New project: a blanket for my dad. He wanted one made of wool yarn with “no holes” (so much for granny squares! 😂). I chose a ripple stitch because the blue reminded me of ocean waves. I thought it’d be a nice tribute to his service in the Navy, too. 🧶 #handmade #madewithlove #crochet #crochetlife
