This is definitely Tower energy.
an image of The Tower XVI (tarot card from the original 1909 Rider–Waite tarot deck) which shows a tall tower on top of craggily cliffs. People are either jumping or falling from the flaming windows of the tower, while lightning hits the tower's pinnacle and sets everything aflame. there is a large crown on top of the tower that has been blown off by the lightning and storm clouds pouring down rain (or flames?).

He is an absolute brute in this compared to most of his other roles. Very similar feel to Lee Marvin in Point Blank but grittier.
