Into the ferment bucket! A hard cider based on the Skyrim Juniper Mead recipe. I adjusted the herbs to make it more cider friendly. I am so excited for this one. Apple juice with Ambrosia honey, crushed juniper berries, hibiscus, and yarrow.

Homebrew day! My strawberry apple cider is perfectly dry and delicious and ready to age and clarify! The cinnamon vanilla mead sadly is perma-stalled even after attempts to restart fermentation a few weeks ago. With each batch, we learn what to do and what not to do! I don’t care for sweet wines.
