It's amazing how they always come up with the same things... the streets will die, not allowing car mobility equals not allowing mobility... and that big "NO" looks like the one we had for months in Turin against a new low traffic scheme (which was never implemented)

And sadly, the lack of safety of this bike lane is testified by the flowers for a cyclist who got killed.

Rumor has it that this space is to allow free parking space for pub customers, as the pub was vocal against the bike lane.

The lane was not wide enough, so to make it comply, they added some black paint on concrete, so it looks wider. Very slippery in rainy weather.

The headquarters of the right-wing party happen to be right where the new right wing infrastructure was set up, so it's easier for them to double-park.

This is a bike lane that caused a lot of fight. It's the same road, the left-wing administration created the shared one way for bikes and cars and the contraflow lane all the way. Then the new, now in power, right wing took it away, creating the two-way bike lane and the traffic only lane.
