Think It's about the price. They might feel they can get them back for a price that's lesser than what they would have paid by retaining them... Ofcourse that's wishful in a way but still.. Also there is a possibility that they couldn't come to terms with the players and they wanted to go to auction

ISWYM, but I think there is a feeling (rightly or wrongly) that Merseyside is lost cause for cricket; whereas Sheffield, York and Scarborough aren't - hence the original decision to go with "Northern" rather than "Leeds"; but also to accept that "Manchester" was fine.

I'm very much not an expert on intra-Yorkshire politics; but I can confirm that if you renamed "London Spirit" to "Sunrisers Tottenham" then… you should probably expect that to have some implications!

Kate Cross acknowledged this too when she moved to Superchargers - admitted she'd made a deal with Originals, and was somewhat taken aback when Superchargers preempted it.

Isn’t the reviews thing kinda Harman’s responsibility? If she (Harman) hasn’t realised that Richa is way too trigger-happy then that’s on her by this point?
