I feel “Wake Up Dead Man” is a return to form for the Knives Out series. Much closer in tone and style to the original, which I loved. Daniel Craig is more grounded as Benoit (he was a bit too over the top for me in Glass Onion), and Josh O’Connor gives his best lead performance yet.

I had just my first experience of the new iOS feature where it screened my call for me! Someone phoned, it asked them the reason for calling, then it showed me the transcription and asked if I wanted to accept the call.

One of my first jobs (age 16) was a 4-hour Saturday shift - and they made me sign a form to opt out of the European Working Time Directive (the law designed to stop people working >48 hrs/seek). Feels a bit excessive now I think about it.
