I made the move just a few days ago, there's options to make it bearable, you just have to be willing to dig into the registry, fork over a few $ for 3rd party tools, or a mix of both

sometimes if I get an inkling of tooth pain, I just go brush and brush harder with extra tooth paste.
It's actually... kind of worked, pain goes away within a day or 2
