Yeah, ხ, ღ and ყ are all sounds that are kinda hard to pick out from some others and English doesn't use, but I'll get better. I hear the same thing about Georgian verbs being hell lol, among other things

I genuinely cannot comprehend another way to learn reading. I'm learning to read a new alphabet and a whole new vocabulary, and I just can't imagine how a child would do that using this wack ass method.

You're supposed to stop looking at each letter pretty quickly and start recognising the shape of a whole word at a glance. I'm not quite sure what you're saying here.
