I painted this yesterday. It's another Haudenosaunee Bear Clan themed painting. It's also metallic/ iridescent. I'll post a video in the first comment to show it better since I can't post photos and videos in the same post on here.

I painted this for my best bro & his wife. He's Marten clan & his wife is Sturgeon clan. Their son is named Niimi Giizis (Dancing Sun). I painted the marten on the back of the sturgeon keeping it from drowning because he used to be a needle junkie & she has kept him clean for 15 years.

This is just my own version of the Mohawk Warrior Society flag with the warrior doing a war cry and having 3 feathers instead of one because we wear 3 feathers not only one, especially in our gustoweh. I accidentally dropped a drop of water on it just below the head on the gold. It's also metallic.

This is a bear I painted but I don't really like it very much. Still thinking of what changes to make or add to it though. It's also metallic. The red actually has micronized metallic gold flakes in it but it's hard to see in photos.

Wolf Clan themed metallic painting with an iridescent glow in the dark eye and Hiawatha wampum belt symbol.

Haven't been on here in over a week so figured I would log on and share some of my recent paintings I've done since last on here.

This one is Animikii ( Thunderbird). It's metallic, and it has iridescent glow in the dark lightning bolts. I'll share a video in the comments to try and show it better.

I also painted one of my hand drums with a bear paw to go with the other bear clan paintings. I'm going to paint a traditional Haudenosaunee skydome pattern around the border of the drum too but haven't yet. I'll post the other bear painting I'm working on later once I am sure it's finished.

This is another Mohawk Bear Clan painting I did this week. It's also metallic with a colourshifting bear silhouette. The Hiawatha wampum belt symbol & the traditional skydome border pattern are iridescent & glow in the dark.
The bear is actually Amethyst purple but it looks silver in certain light.

Painted a few more bear clan themed paintings this week. This one one is mostly metallic, with parts that are colour shifting and with snow and eyes that are iridescent and glow in the dark.

I haven't been on here lately. I've been busy & trying not to be distracted by social media. This is my most recent painting. I call it Onkwahró:ra Ón:ne (Bear Clan). Other than his tan face & the black paint, it is painted with iridescent, metallic & glow in the dark paints.

I screwed up & wrote Decan instead of Declan on the other one & didn't realize till after I gifted it to her. So I got another wooden picture frame plaque & painted her a new one. The violet part of the Ojibwe florals & pink heart outline glows in the dark. The rest of the painting is iridescent.

I painted this lil picture frame plaque for a good friend of mine who just had a baby boy. It was just a small project to try out the Iridescent Medium I bought and try mixing it with paint to give them an iridescent metallic sheen. It actually looks way more sparkly in person.
