I’m frozen in ice while my hands burn in fire It sounds beautiful but its not like watching police scrape bodies from the road You cant look away you cant make it stop you can only witness the crime without reaching through the screens to put the body back together without the fragile blood vessels still clumped like fallen feathers. If the earth will be swallowed by the sun will its fire melt the ice? No, both are too far away. So far away, blurry like stars, Only wondering which ones I can reach, if time lets me live long enough to jump. Space is cold. Like uncertainty As if I was frozen and the stars could unfreeze me I would not know, because I never knew that I was frozen until the frostbitten numbness reached me. But when stars exist, softness feels too empty. Let the stars melt my softness let me fall into darkness and perhaps then knowledge will free me.

Lovely magic where are you? I miss you, come back. I remember how your colors and your witty words Filled my heart with joy. I remember making you, filling you with pieces of my soul. I remember when I thought I was dead, you opened my eyes again. But now I can’t see you anymore. All I do is question why I ever felt the magic at all. Why can’t I see you anymore?
