Trump: "It’s a hellhole right now. And those Somalians should be out of here. They've destroyed our country. And all they do is complain, complain, complain. You have her. She’s always talking about the Constitution provides me with – go back to your own country and figure out your constitution."

All these Trumpers are in for a hurting real bad once they feel how important immigrants are to the economy.

It's going to be immense pain. And you know what? The country did it to itself—the self-destructive power of white supremacy.

“Who will stand up to the American madman?”

…is a top election issue in every allied nation right now.

Germany, Canada and now Australia, have all elected people who will fight back against Trump’s chaos.

We should do the same.

One more rant before I go walk the dogs. 🧵

There is a certain Type of Guy (person, I guess technically, but almost always a guy).

You ask this type of guy about politics & they'll tell you they're independent, an iconoclast, & that "both sides" are silly & blinkered & don't see the big picture.

I’m neither young nor woke. In fact I’m kind of a stick-in-the-mud. A few weeks ago, I was at a dinner that included Sarah McBride. We had a pleasant time and interesting conversation. It wasn’t at all a burden to treat her with decency and respect. Republican members of the House might try it.

Texas Republican Keithself storms out of the meeting he's supposed to be running because a Democrat asked him to treat his colleague Sarah McBride with respect. These people would not last one day as a trans person.

OMG wait until Trump finds out about the Trans-Canada Highway
confusing "transgenic mice" with "transgender mice" is like how he thinks "asylum seekers" are from literal insane asylums and "migrants with visas" means they got free credit cards. very stable genius, though!

Pete Hegseth promotes Christian Nationalist Views that have no place in our government.

He has called for a Civil War in the past.

He has no business leading our military.

Call your senators and tell them to vote no on this national security issue.

Fact-checking wasn’t “biased” against conservatives. Conservatives just shared more false content. If there’s a sportsball game and one team fouls four times as much, it’s not “biased” for the ref to call four times as many fouls against that team.

Meta is dropping fact-checking to avoid anti-conservative bias- but is there actually evidence of bias?
We this test empirically & find that conservatives

Say it with me: homelessness is MORE expensive than housing people.
Anderson Cooper: So it's more expensive to allow a chronically homeless person to live on the streets than it is to actually subsidize an apartment for them?

Answer: Yes, we are paying more as taxpayers to walk past that person on the street & do nothing…
