This is my main defence for Gray. This squad isn't his choosing, it's what he's been lumped with. What goes against him is that discipline, attitude and confidence are all aspects I'd expect a manager to be instilling in the squad. We're nervous, rash and chaotic. At least some of that is on SDG.

Yeah, unfortunately. I did some work with the club for a few seasons during the Leeann Dempster era and it is simply impossible to imagine her team presiding over this sort of mess.
