Soup Season #8: Chicken tortilla soup. Normally tortilla soup is too thin for me, so it's more of a side. But THIS recipe is nice and hearty and just spicy enough. Instant add to the recipe book

Soup Season #7: Chicken and Wild Rice soup. This one is packed with flavor and nostalgia for me, absolutely incredible, definitely going into the regular rotation

This soup recipe, but everywhere it says rosemary, I added thyme and rosemary both. Use Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix instead of Pillsbury, just mix them up right before adding and drop in. I also had to simmer for more like 15-20 minutes at the end to cook them through.

This is SO homey and filling, but definitely need to be more careful with the salt in the future because the biscuit mix and (low sodium) chicken broth definitely pack enough for the whole dish
