And it was published a few weeks ago already, but I was too busy to announce it 😅. Thanks to all co-authors, in particular Sarah and Fidi who did a great job in putting this together. Let us know if you want to try it on your data and run into any issues.

The segmentation functionality and other analysis modes, for example for vesicle pool assignments and distance measurements as shown in the screenshot, are available in a napari plugin. Check out github.com/computationa... for details.

That would of course be amazing! (And I searched already and unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any reverse engineering out there). One file is ca. 20GB.
