I don’t watch all of your games, of course, but Howe seems to be insanely negative away from home.

If it works it works. I remember watching 90 minutes of it week in week out when we had Pulis. Grim, grim stuff.

The issue is, it’s a 2-1 game which we haven’t closed out. He comes on and gives the ball away needlessly on more than one occasion, putting us under pressure. It’s abit OTT on him cause he’s the scapegoat, granted.

I’d imagine he’s even more desperate to sell now.

Games like today show we’re on the right path, that’s without Eze, Wharton, even being able to bring Nketiah on would have made a difference today, but we’re improving. Definitely on the up!

The issue I had was people comparing it to the OG. It was never going to be as good, ever! I really enjoyed it, thought Paul mescal was class!
