This Broadview cop is, at the very least, skirting Illinois law.
Personally, I’d like to see a judge determine whether he had violated Illinois law.

As Broadview PD arrested activists, a priest on his knees with rosary in hand pled with ICE agents and prayed for them. He was eventually dragged out of the way of the vans.
