Heaven forbid we cost the economy, especially when U.S. insistence on constant consumerism of electronics and tech (among other things) continues to destroy the global south.
I'd gladly harm the economy if it meant we stopped funding genocides and slave labor. I feel like that's a solid sacrifice.
