I wouldn't recommend using distilled water. There's a few different levels you could do that would be better;
1) Use tap water and clean/descale regularly.
2) If you want to be super specific on your minerals, do distilled with a mineral additive (like 3rd wave water).

Just some suggestions based on my opinion, a different background rather than black would be more appealing and complementary to the dark blue-gray background of the timeline.
Also maybe try centering the date with the overall turnout?

I can 100% assure you this was CM Carlucci's decision alone to pursue this. In fact, he tried to solve this problem in 2020 when the loan was roughly 12m vs 95m (at Sep. 2025).
Not numb to the effects of costs to residents, he is also pursuing low income protections in any proposals.
