As we celebrate MLK on Monday... also remember a POTUS who stepped up.
At the store, I had a conversation with a guy in the check-out line about protein and junk carbs, the products we like and don't like, and the chemicals in everything.
When I told my wife about it, I said he was an "older guy." He was about the same age as I am, if not younger.
Reality sucks.
