He's a member of parliament, voted for by the people in free and fair elections, in a democracy, taking part in the democratic process.

Still on deployment overseas. Beautiful* views of desert, desert and more desert. Scoff is decent but other than gym and reading there's bugger all to do.

It was also my dad's 9th birthday. He feels the whole affair was overshadowed by events in the news to this day

The bill was passed at the first reading so great job. Shocked to discover that dances in a pant suit isn't an efficient way to conduct government.
