We've introduced a minor update to COW's State System Membership Data, updating the coverage through 2024 and making available "blank" dyad-year and directed dyad-year data sets, in addition to the traditional state-year data.

After a bit of a delay, COW has moved from the place formerly known as the bird site to BlueSky. Watch this space for updates from Co-Directors @jeffcarter.bsky.social and @thescottwolford.bsky.social, and, in even better news, a brand-new COW Data Set in a week or so.
