We now have to cover the costs of a campaign *and* a legal battle to preserve our First Amendment rights.

NC Court of Appeals gives over 60,000 challenged voters 15 days to prove eligibility
The majority wrote that, even though they have the authority to completely throw out the contested ballots, they decided to instead mandate a cure period for most of the challenged voters.

@schumer.senate.gov If you vote for cloture you are a stain on this country’s history that will never go away. You are willingly passing power to a tyrant in waiting, and you are a disgrace to every oath of office any senator has ever sworn. Your legacy will be one of cowardice and contempt.

At #NICAR25 the CFPB’s Chief Technologist @erie.bsky.social says the agency is still here and can only be ended by an act of Congress, despite her team being recently fired. The DOGE team has “god mode” access to all CFPB complaint data. “It's a 5 alarm fire for me that they have this data.”

called and left a voicemail! I modified the script a bit to make my party affiliation ambiguous bc I’m not really comfortable posing as a republican
if your congressperson's GOP, try the script below. it’s timed to 45 seconds with bail out points. you’ll get an intern. be polite.

different issues motivate these fools, but they can be manipulated. at the very least, it can’t hurt to try. we need you to try.
