Titled “From Within,” this painting celebrates my journey of being vulnerable. Vulnerability is often thought of as weakness. On the contrary, to be open and honest about struggles, fears, even dreams takes courage. Being vulnerable encourages vulnerability in return, sparking deeper connections.

Last night I watched “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty,” featuring Ben Stiller. Great movie about living life to the fullest, not just daydreaming about it. There’s also a Murmuration scene. 😁🐦⬛ I’d recommend watching! 🎬
