And the lack of training given to their CS folk on those policies. 90% of the time they don't seem to have a clue and they'll tell me something that I know is not true - I was told on WhatsApp this summer I have to fill out medical forms if I want an extra seat. Which I KNOW I don't need to do.

Yup, now imagine having to do this every single time you fly. Twice, because you have to do it for the flight there and the flight back. 😭
The complaints system itself is hard to navigate, it always wants you to relate it to a flight itself. When what I have an issue with is their damn policies
