It’s more cropped or zoomed, but the angle looks very much the same when comparing cars and buildings in the background.

I love this Pacific Crest Alphabet that was in the 1983 PCTA newsletter. “A is for the Acorn that fell on my head. B is for the Bear that chased me from my bed. C is for my Cracked lips that hurt when I smile. D is for the Dirt I trod mile after mile...” #pct

They’re so funny. My cat likes to sleep under the blanket almost every morning while I’m drinking tea.

You guys are incapable of an original thought. It’s just projection, all the way down, every time. Sad!

I got a message like that at the top of an EPA webpage today too, and it had the date of January 19, 2021 in the message at the top of the screen.

This was my sunrise this morning, and it had already started fading by the time I took the pic. It had such bright pink and orange hues.

I haven’t been a Teamster for many years, but I am very glad to see this endorsement of Harris-Walz from my former Local 763 in JC28 serving Washington, Alaska, and the Idaho Panhandle.

Happy birthday, Molly! My chocolate lab, Lily, will have her 15th birthday in a few weeks, and she also understands the tribulations of old age. This pic is from her birthday last year. Have a great day and enjoy your treats!

I don’t take many pictures of spiders, but I am really impressed with this spider’s ability to camouflage itself in pieris berries. I think it’s a Yellow Sac Spider, which is not native to my area but has apparently become common.

This is a very cool map of the river basins in the Pacific Northwest. Light blue is the Columbia and yellow is the Fraser, and if you zoom in you can see each of the other rivers that drain directly to salt water too.

It’s a cool, cloudy #Caturday in the PNW. Jasmine’s just gonna hang out in her bag and wait for the sun to come back.

Oh dear, I missed Jasmine’s first Gotcha Day last Sunday. Here are some belatedly posted photos of her taken just minutes after she came home last year.
