After 2 days training in Antrim had such a gorgeous soul fuelling weekend driving around the coast of Northern Ireland w my fab friend @connectedforlife we were super lucky with the sun & bright blue skies too! A lot of fun, food, exploring, & endless chatting. Thanks Deirdre you are a🌟

Having been in Belfast for most this week & needing to be in Dublin on Monday & Tuesday I grabbed the opportunity to spend the weekend with exploring a bit of Northern Ireland with my amazing friend, Deirdre. It’s been a long time coming & a treat to have quality time together

What a privilege to spend a wk in Kildare with In Sync training 15 amazing new #StartfromtheHeartParentsGroup facilitators. They join our community of facilitators in Laois, Offaly, Longford & Westmeath. We are very much looking forward to continuing the journey with our growing facilitators network
