🚨 Flood Watch issued October 31 at 1:34PM PDT until November 2 at 4:00AM PST by NWS Seattle WA 🚨
Additional Details Here.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington,
including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Mason,
Skagit and Whatcom. In west central Washington, King and Snohomish.

* WHEN...From late tonight through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Where heavy rain occurs, the relatively high rain rates could
produce flash flooding/debris flows on the more sensitive burn
scars. It could also cause ponding or nuisance flooding in urban
areas and small streams where drainage is poor or drains are
clogged by leaves.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall forecasts between 3 to 5 inches with locally higher
amounts possible through Saturday night. Snow levels will
range from 8000 to 9000 feet. This amount of rainfall will
drive some of the rivers in the watch area to near flood
stage. The most likely rivers to reach flood stage is the
Skokomish, Snohomish, Skykomish, and Snoqualmie, and to a
lesser extent, the Skagit, Stillaguamish, and Nooksack
rivers.
