I'd rather say Google gave them 1b of credits for GCP infrastructure and not actual money. Or at least they gave them mostly credits and not that much cash.

Not in the near future. Just look at that 500b announcement from the new government regarding this project Stargate with OpenAI, Oracle, and Softbank.

You cannot use sea water with the firefighters trucks. The salt water will quickly corrode the pumps and valves and will render their equipment useless.
As a very last resort option maybe from planes, but not from the fire trucks.

So many cd commands. Have you considered using a tool like zoxide or autojump instead?
