This tool is great. Super helpful if you've followed a lot of accounts but the algo has washed all the "I'm moving" t***ts.

One issue I might not have fully considered when expressing my interest in complex litigation and civil procedure generally is how often the folks in this area are trying to do something that has never been done before (and thus has no precedent for guidance).

Perhaps it's a correlation/causation issue, but I have seen quite the uptick in watch ads across social media since announcing my bar passage.

I posted about this on that other site. Film repacking company has active trademark on "800T" and has been going after other repackers and film sellers for using the word mark, which is a common descriptor of 800 ISO tungsten film. Cool to see the must-follow @design-law.bsky.social quoted.

There’s still a couple more weeks before bar results are released. I managed to last a few good months before I slipped into 24/7 anxiety mode. No distraction has been good enough.

This was going to be my first #defcon, but taking the bar wiped out the last of the travel funds. Serious FOMO but happy to catch whatever ends up on YouTube. Can’t recreate the villages, sadly. Always next year.
