I'd say this applies to a lot of corporate paid for MBA programs as well. I've never met anyone who got one of those MBAs who was a more effective leader or anything because of it

These extra impulse engines were only built in a handful of Excelsior classes, as the Admiralty deemed the performance drop to be ultimately acceptable compared to the larger battleships of other empires. 5/6
