After a generally miserable sports weekend (thanks for a last second save, Broncos) and my eye doctor sending me the wrong date for my apt, leading to me taking the day off for no reason, a hike with Ronnie was really good for my mental health.

Still sad about the Jays. Still proud of their season.

I’m obviously disappointed with how the season ended, but wow, what a season it was!

Our team played so hard and I couldn’t be more proud of them and what they achieved. I am so happy to have been along for the ride and still have them as part of my daily routine into November.
