Yeah I’ve noticed our winter sunrise is earlier than yours. Our sunrise in December is around 7ish, and then it’s dark by 4:30-5

I’ve never been in Ireland in the winter but I keep Dublin and Galway on my weather app to remind me of better times haha. When my phone says sunset in December for Ireland is at like 5, does that mean it starts at 5 or is fully dark by then? Our winter is so dark and I HATE it

YES. Like not only does the sun set earlier, but it sets so much faster. I did a monthlong study abroad in Luxembourg in college and that’s when I first discovered how different it is in Europe. It was May and when we went to Belgium 10pm looked like our 7:30 😂

I hear you! In addition to editing I’m looking at marketing, which I hate, and daycare jobs because it’s currently the only non-work-from-home job I could take. Daycare is ridiculously expensive but the actual workers get paid dirt.

I’ve been unemployed since end of October 2023 and finding editing jobs has been impossible.

I see soooo many editing jobs that are training AI platforms and I’m just like why would I help you effectively train my replacement 😡

Linkedin told me this week that jobs for “Playwright” are up 22%. I wish they’d show me where you can go and be like “one playwright job with regular pay and benefits please”
