Truth sometimes comes from our enemies despite their dishonourable motives. Meanwhile, our own ‘tribe’ can fool itself into believing absurdities. The Left and progressives damage their credibility every time they reject the former and succumb to the latter.

When do trans identifying men who commit sexual offences suddenly stop being trans women? Is it during the offence? Immediately afterwards? Are they women while fantasising about sexual offences?

If it can be forfeited who decides?

And who decides their identity can be retained?

THEY'RE MEN! FFS.
I'm with Nicola Sturgeon on this: people who commit sexual offences against women have forfeited the right to call themselves women.

They're men. The worst kind.

Yes, the failure of many mainstream media outlets to report in accurate & honest detail has helped to keep the public & political elites confused & ignorant about what is happening & what is in need of reform. Perhaps things are beginning to change.

Possibly it's a win for gender critics. As I understand it (but I'm no lawyer) an employment tribunal does not set a binding precedent but if this goes to the Court of Appeal the result sets a binding precedent and is also likely to respect the Supreme Court, unlike this current ruling.

"Rebuild." Pssh. Look around you at the absolute wretched state of the US elite. Look at the sad, corporate-captured, power-worshiping media. Look at the distracted, deluded, increasingly spectacle-addicted US public. Look at the denuded, decrepit set of ideas allowed in our discourse. Look.

Most discussions about “misinformation” treat the problem as if people simply don’t have good enough critical-thinking skills. It sounds intuitive, but it’s not entirely accurate. The problem isn’t just individual ignorance, it’s the structure of the information environment people are placed into.
